Coming from the Bay to Fishers?

Hey all, recently got an offer for 100 base + 10-20% bonus annually. They’ve paid out the bonus for the last 8 years but going to pretend that I won’t get it for my own peace of mind in budgeting.

Is this doable for a family of 3? I’m seeing 3Br homes renting for about 2200.
