Game literally unplayable in east europe?!

Hello, I am based in Bosnia and Hercegovina and would love to have a nice experience playing Ultimate Team.

However, it seems to be impossible to keep your sanity if you have +100ms ping every game and even spikes above 1500ms.

Is there anyone from the balkans actually enjoying the online modes? And also, do you have the same issues or is it something I could fix on my end?

Due to very good latency in other games I play, I think it is just EAs fault.. right?
