(PC, Steam) Practice runs and some other things not saving after restarting gd

So I've trying to play some levels in practice mode and when I complete them and close the game for a while and reopen gd, the progress is just gone or it reverts back to the procentage I had before playing the level. The same thing happens with my level attempts and chests in the main menu.

Any tips to fix this? (I use geode with megahack v8. Maybe it has something to do with it, but I seriously dont know)
