2014 character sheet will not complete lvl up

Have tried multiple times to finish level this character but the bar never loads. Have waited for over ten minutes have tried to delete the character and recreate it. Have exited roll20 and re-entered, have restarted my computer but it does not allow me to finish crating this character for a player in my game. I don't want to try with existing character lest they also get stuck in this situation. Any advice?
