If you buy a new, unopened Razer laptop through Amazon where the seller/shipper says "Amazon.com" will Razer honor the warranty?

I saw a post where someone had an issue with a warranty when they bought a laptop through a third-party seller. That Razer wouldn't honor the warranty because the 3rd party seller was no longer on a approved vendors list because they stopped selling Razer products.

But if you buy from Amazon, such as this link would the warranty be honored because it's sold directly from Amazon?
