How to parse my privacy data?

I recently downloaded my privacy data from Tumblr, but have no clue how to make sense of it. Tumblr says that I should use a third party site. Is there any way to parse a "JSON" on my own PC without being a tech wizard, or should I use a third party site? If I do use a third party site, which one is best? Has anybody here done this before? I need help!
