Question about Dead by Daylight

I have been playing DBD for a couple thousand hours now on console and PC (geforce now on PC)

But whenever I want to play on my Ipad the game launches full screen but when I actually get a game it goes back to a smaller screen with black lines on top and bottom…. I changed all the graphics settings and resolution but nothing seems to work

I play through Nexus, does someone know how to solve this issue ? Even when I change the graphics settings in geforce now before launching the game
