"Why do you want to leave your current job?"

I'm interviewing at a new clinic/hospital system. The current hospital I work at got bought out by a new company this year and it is awful. Benefits suck, everybody is hard to get a hold of, I've had a ton of problems during my maternity leave with them. So many negative changes. They've had a ton of lay offs and other people leave voluntarily.

The job I'm interviewing for is essentially the exact same position and same setting. My question is- is there a way to be somewhat honest with them if they ask me why I want to leave? Or should I lie about new opportunities, etc.

I actually love my job, my department, my boss, just hate the company.
