Can I watch bb live from outside India?

As the title says, I would LOVE to watch bigboss live especially since it’s the last week. I have a hotstar subscription but unfortunately where I live, I get only the main episode on hotstar.

Please help a girly out and let me know if there’s some way for me to watch the live streams!
