What does a cyst rupture feel like?

For the past 2 hours my lower left pelvic region has been in excruciating pain. I know I shouldn’t be asking for medical advice on Reddit, but a message to my doctor will not responded to in days, and I can’t do another ER visit(no insurance and I already owe $5000). Does a huge increase in pain in one spot sound like a rupture?
