United Heathcare Standard medicare supplemental (medigap) premiums discount schedule

We are looking at a Basic Standard Medigap policy with UHC insurance. My monthly premium for a Wisconsin starts out about $210 With the enrollment discount it is reduced to $145. Not counting spousal and EF transfer discounts. That is roughly a 40% discount.

Is this one time discount for this year's initial 2026 policy only?

If this is true the premium jump from my point of view would be in the neighborhood of $80 to $90 montlhy for a rollover of the 2026 policy to a renewed 2027 policy.
