Progesterone suppository mistake

Hi guys. I’m on day 2 of my cycle prepping for a frozen transfer. I mistakenly took my progesterone suppository as I misread the medication instruction and I’m feeling very stupid and anxious. After several minutes when I realized, I dug it up, but the progesterone pearl looks pretty deflated and I wonder if my body had already absorbed it. Does anyone know what could happen? I know progesterone levels are not supposed to rise until later but does it have an adverse effect on my FET this cycle? I am spiralling. Thank you for any input.
