Screen glitch or part of the game?

I'm playing the second run and as 9S. Is it normal that my screen has little colored pixels glitching? Both in game and in the settings. Is it a problem of the game, of my display or a lore thing? There are purple dots in the sky and green dots on the ground. (I'm playing on Switch 1)
