Relic fragments vs hammers

Hi all

For some reason, i find myself having like 1.3K relic pieces and only about 500 hammers.

Now, the difference before was about 20-30, because once by mistake i didn't use all of them, and ever since i made it a habit to open all the rewards.

But this difference now, seems a bit far. Any run on relics, both mysterious and regular ones would have given an equal amount of them. Seems since the introduction of Ancient relic, the ratio has been biased towards the pieces. Or am i mistaken?

Also, anyone can recommend a way how to increase just the hammers?
