Bishopworth property worthy for buying?

Hi folks,

I’ve recently found an affordable property for sale in Bishopsworth. After attending a viewing arranged by the agent, I was informed that it’s actually a maisonette within a council block.

I have a few questions: • Since Bishopsworth is close to Hartcliffe, is it considered a safe area for professionals to live in? • Is Bishopsworth generally a good area to invest in? The property price looks quite attractive at the moment. • Has anyone had experience with the council housing on Gatehouse Way? Although the exterior doesn’t look like a typical council property, the hallway smell and the wooden flat doors give the impression that it might be.
