Day 3 recap

No post this morning (I apologise for that) but today nothing, I didn't even get hard I think some of the hardest (no pun intended there) days are behind me, I think the rest of this month will go swimmingly, I'm also I contact with a medic which should help, well they said they would help and come to me today but idk when that will happen after I post this I'll be msg them to see what the story is but other then that good luck brothers the worst days are behind us :]
