Fast way to get validation

I'm working on a new script writing app for content creators, since I was struggling with this with my youtube channel myself, so I built an mvp and I'm already using it, but the main issue is my connections are close to nothing and I hate all this outreach and cold messaging stuff, I had an Idea to just 3-4 ads and see if I'll get any signups, before committing more time and effort, is it a good idea?
