I said when those fucking shoes were accepted by the vast majority of the community that this company was going to go out of their way to try and monetize as many stupid things as possible.

They haven't gone the full "singular clothing options" route, but have instead decided to make pets in game that can't be seen outside your party, and also can only be customized once.

And the cost is... around 1000 to 1500 VBucks? Wow. That's almost like it's not dissimilar to the starting cost of most of the digital versions of real life shoes that y'all decided to buy, or defend so that you could throw a new pair of shoes on a skin that wasn't designed for them.

Y'all never learn — the more that you decide to let them get away with seemingly innocuous decisions, the sooner that they can and will fuck this up. If y'all enjoy this game for what it currently is, start using the critical thinking that this sub likes to think that it has such an abundance of, because some of y'all were so deadset that I was being some doomer.
