Event Villa Dubai

Needed a venue for private event.. maximum of 50 people. Was looking at airbnbs and just saw a huge party happen at NAS house for halloween, was wondering if anyone had any experience with that particular location.

If anyone has suggestions for other places, preferably less than 3k and within dubai it’d be great
