Been trying to contact my state attorney and no response. I have court tomorrow what do i do?

Location: Illinois Mclean county

Got my first ever speeding ticket over 3 months ago for doing 100 in a 70. Went to court gave me 2 continuations with the advice to take the plead deal, Judge told me call the county and see how they would like to proceed. I call almost every day and can never reach the attorney. I leave voice mails and call back numbers and still nothing. We have court tomorrow what do i tell the judge? Its virtual so i cant find him before court. I understand hes a busy man but its been 3 months. Any help?
