WFH Contract - Is travelling to the office 'business travel'? (England)

Employment

I'm currently negotiating starting with a new employer. They've offered me a fully remote contract (specific wording below). However, I understand that there will be a need for office attendance at times (circa. once a fortnight), which will take me 1:50 each way on average. The company are willing to pay travel expenses but are not willing to let this travel time constitute business hours (contributing to the 39hrs I need to work each week). What are the legalities of this? It's my understanding that this would constitute working time as it's not my normal working location? All advice appreciated, please.

Contractual wording: Your principal place of work is your Home address. You may be required to attend other locations of the Company or any Associated Company from time to time in line with business need. You are required to inform the Company as soon as possible if you plan to change your home address. You confirm that you are not in breach of any covenant or agreement in doing work at your home. You confirm that you have a workspace at home which is suitable for home working and meets the requirements for safety, privacy and connectivity to fully undertake your role.
