Starting to think it's getting worse, should I switch to Dut?

Hi people, so I have been on fin for 4 months and ru for 3 months and I'm not sure it's helping.

I actualy was on these meds for like 9 months or so a few years ago but stupidly quit and now I think i'm still losing hair even on these medications so i'm considering trying Dutasteride.

I'm posting two pics, one from a few months ago and one from today.

I just wanna know what u guys think I should do.
