Guest in student housing

I got placed in home Fabiola in UGent for the upcoming semester as an erasmus student. I was wondering if its possible to have visitors stay at night. Ofc its for 2-3 nights maximum and not random people only my girlfriend etc. I dont want to book a seperate room for every visit elsewhere. I saw in the rules that it is forbidden but do they have a system to check who left or enter? If they were to find out can they kick me out?
