Game stuck on same day? NO time-travelling done!!

Hello!
recently picked up DDV again on Xbox PC after not playing for maybe 6 months, and for the past 3 days I've started up the game (over 1 week) my game is stuck on the same day, and I cannot pick up herbs. Shop wont roll over.
Ive seen other posts about time-travelling breaking the game, but I have decidedly NOT done that! Is there anything I can do? Ive uninstalled, and reinstalled the game which did not help. :(
