Advice on professional communication

I have been working on private ships for a while and I’m ambitious to rise up. I have found myself in a place where I have the opportunity to get in to brokering and associating with their clients. I would like to enter this world but have seen their is a very different approach to communication and vernacular than I am use to. Does anyone have any recommendations on good books for communication advice for a more professional environment with high end clientele?
