Bookshelf Speakers

Looking for advice, I don't know all the terms, so when a speaker is known to be good at something like "extended bass" I have no idea what it means. Looking for something in the 350-500$ range. It will be used with a class D amp that can output up to 300w to each speaker, and it will be used for pc gaming and music. Current ones I am considering are Polk ES15 or maybe ELAC Debut 2.0 B6.2 but if you have another, better one I'm all ears. Bass is pretty important to me as long as it isn't kinda muddy. TIA
