2.0TFSI BWA problem after head gasket

Hey guys, so simply. I had a problem w misfires, and rattling chain. The problem was, my mechanic tore off one screw on timing cover (chain side ofc) and he didnt worry about it that much i guess, and just put there silicon over it and the silicon got in oil canals. So basically, the new service did head gasket, checked valves etc. and i got the engine in this condition.

On idle, its running very rough. But more RPM its good, no misfires etc while i am driving. Stable values on diagnostic aswell. But on idle its just rough. Does someone know what can be wrong? Here is a video:
