Im panicking

I’m 17, I’ve been waiting years to be old enough for bottom surgery, with my parents having told me many times I just had to wait to be 18. I’m gonna be 18 in under 2 months and it was what I was gonna ask for from my parents for my birthday, but now I’m looking up places near me (PA) and everywhere is saying “over 18” or “19 and older” I don’t know what to do I’ve been waiting for this since I was like 10 life is already so hard idk how I’ll be able to wait another entire year, and that’s considering gender affirming surgery isn’t outlawed by then. I can’t do this i don’t even know what the point of sharing this is I’m sorry I just need to vent somehow
