Should I be concerned if my AST jumped from 10 to 29?

Got blood work done on 9/13/25 and AST was 10, it’s been between 10 and 14 since Jan 2024. Got more blood work on 10/31/25, and AST was 29. ALT has consistently been between 6 and 13, currently 15.

Wanted to throw it this out there as well: MCHC consistently low, max of 32, and down to 29.9. I suspect IDA, and have a family hx of anemia, unsure which type though.

32 YO female, 5’6”, 150lbs. I do not drink, but vape nicotine. I drink about 1.5L of water a day.
