AMS 2 Pro Combo / Combo with Buffer Missing Buffer

I purchased the AMS 2 Pro Combo / Combo with Buffer during the Black Friday sale and received both the PS1 and AMS 2 Pro in separate shipments. However, neither included the Buffer.

I tried using the support on the website but the live chat feature has a queue of over 200 in it and the page won't stay connected to even keep your position in the queue and I've received no response from the ticket I put in. I know they are probably slammed from their Black Friday sale, but it's kind of disappointing that I haven't heard anything and I can't really use my AMS2 for multi-color printing without the Buffer (at least as far as I know). It would be nice to get some kind of acknowledgement to my missing item from BambuLab so I know it's on it's way or being corrected.

Any other ideas on how to get through to support or is it expected that the Buffer is shipped completely separately?
