Bank of America scam 877-420-2870

I honestly don't know much about this scam. Supposedly they're fake Bank of America. They picked it up once and I was able to talk to them but after that they just pick it up and leave the phone off the hook. If anyone speaks hindi maybe you can understand what they're talking about.
