Flins Build Help and Questions
How can I improve my Flins? What stats should I be prioritizing? As a reaction based character, does Flins rely heavily on being level 90? Does Flins prefer a higher CD to CR ratio than usual? Most Flins builds I've seen are a little heavy on the Crit Damage compared to most people (even counting the 4pc artifact bonus). Top 1% average has about 5:2 rate, but is this the target or just people not being able to reach the usual 2:1 target perfectly? Or is it really not that specific?
Team is Flins, Ineffa, and Xingqiu. 4th slot is undecided, but currently Dendro Traveler. I have Kazuha, Albedo (125 EM for 10s after burst), Nahida, and Furina built. Though I could probably move Kazuha's artifacts to Sucrose and then upgrade her level and talents if she's an essential Flins support.
