Do you actually trust celebrity clinic recommendations in Korea?

I keep seeing people choose clinics just because some celebrity “supposedly” went there.
Honestly, I think it should be the exact opposite — those celebrities usually get everything for free, and sometimes even get paid on top of it.
If any celebrity genuinely wanted a treatment or plastic surgery, they’d probably go quietly, without posting or tagging the clinic.

Unless they go without payment and without publicity, I wouldn’t take it as a real endorsement.
Curious what others think — do you trust celebrity recommendations when it comes to clinics here, or do you see it as a complete red flag?
