Tell me it's okay to go woth a name I used to like
Before we learnt we were having a girl (vivian) our boy name was going to be Sam, to honor a (great)granddad that's passed, on the other side of the family to Ian.
Two years later we are having a boy! And as you can see on my post history, I'd fallen for the name Diana if we were going to have another girl.
Now. Nothing wrong with Sam. I've just fallen out of love with it. The only other names I like hubby is not fussed on are, Jasper or Edward. He says Jasper reminds his of Casper the ghost. And Edward is another passed granddad but he went by Ted so no one would really link them together.
I don't want a name that rhymes with vivian as I think it's a bit on the nose.
Will I fall back in love with Sam? Any suggestions to spark some joy into me?
Also as a side note, we could get the family name as Bruce Wayne , my naming after uncles amd have our own little BATMAN ! Which is pretty cool imo, but Bruce is..... Bruce! Haha. Not serious too on doing that, just a cute thing we /could/ get away with
:)
