Housing for next year

Hi! I'm a first year student currently in residence and I'm starting to look for housing with my boyfriend. Long story short we've been together for over a year and he's decided to transfer from UOttawa to Guelph next year :)! It isn't 100% official yet but he's pretty set on it and eligible to transfer. I want to start looking for housing for us but like I feel like there isn't much available yet (I just want to get as much of a head start as possible) ... We preferably would like our own living space for the two of us and close to campus (or like downtown) - any recommendations for buildings, spaces or areas? I have my eye on Mills Loft right now
