Help with Tucking

Hi! New to tucking in general. I'm using a gaff. It should be properly sized, as if I go a size down I think it will be too small. It's creating pressure to keep things tucked aside from the balls. Does anyone have any tips for how to tuck so they don't fall out of the canals after tucking them with a gaff?
