[TOMT][COMMERCIAL][2000s/2010s] Tiny car that goes into a grocery store commercial

Ok, me and my sister both have a shared memory of a commercial for a tiny car (probably a smart car or something similar). In the commercial it parks in a tiny spot special for the car, then goes into a grocery store. The car drives into the grocery store to show how small the car is. The guy was going through the produce section and picking up groceries.

In my memory the car was blue, but that might be wrong. My sister thinks that the voice of the narrator was British but I have no memory of the voice.
My sister also thinks it was an infomercial because she remembers a host like man (the brit) walking beside the car and talking to the guy inside. (this may or may not be true)

We must have seen it on PBS or something (we didn't have cable) in the late 2000s or early 2010s. This has plagued us for a very long time because everyone else thinks we are crazy, but I know it happened. (We grew up in Baltimore if it might have been a regional commercial)

If anyone can help, find the commercial or anyone else remembers it also, please let us out of our misery!
