Any Ideas?

Hey all,

Have been in this current house for 2.5 years. When we moved in, none of these problems were present.

The carpet bunching started first about a year ago,the sheetrock cracking about 8 months and the sheetrock outlines becoming viable about 5 months ago.

The line of mud on the cracks is mine, put it there if that would also crack and most had not.

Also had a structural guy tell me the back half of the house is 1/2 inch lower than the rest. He wanted a huge amount of money to "correct" the problem but couldn't guarantee it would stop anything.

I can't get anyone to come out and diagnose the problem.

Any ideas?
