Adult content question

I’m looking for a way to play sims multiplayer and have sex with other people on there. I’ve seen some posts about just needing the right mod and the other people playing with you need the same mods and extensions. If that’s true does anyone want to start a community with like 10 people to do this with?

Please I’ll accept any ideas, seems like this would be a thing but maybe I’m just too messed up in the head😂
