Do you also feel an overwhelming sense of tiredness and social isolation?

Need Advice

the pressure to perform and keep up is relentless, and the cost of living, especially housing, feels like a mountain you can never finish climbing.

But the worst part, for me, is the atomization. It feels like everyone is just a lonely island. You wake up, commute in a crowded yet silent subway, work all day, then go back to your small, overpriced apartment. Even when you're with friends, conversations often feel superficial, circling back to work, real estate, and the general "struggle." It's hard to form deep, genuine connections when everyone is just trying to survive.

The social fabric feels thin. There's a constant, low-grade anxiety about the future, and it seems like the only approved path is to keep your head down, work hard, and consume. It's isolating.

I'm not here to just complain. I genuinely want to know your experiences.

For anyone, anywhere: If you've felt this "atomized" feeling in your own country, how did you break out of it?

Let's have a real talk. No judgment, just honest perspectives
