Has taco bell fallen off?

I haven't been for a while...but I got a CGC and it was awful. And they changed the spicy potato soft taco...and it also sucked. Maybe it's a location specific issue but goddamn I'm disappointed. Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience.
