sober but keeping supplies

i am sober but i physically can’t get myself to throw away all my blades, the thought of them being there and being in control helps but at the same time i worry about actually having access to it any time i need it. i dont plan on relapsing but idk why i cant get myself to throw them out, anyone else feel this way?
