GratKit Firefly Drying Presets

I am new to 3D printing and just setup a GratKit Firefly for drying PETG. From what I have read, I should dry PETG @ 60ish C for about 8 hours.

The GratKit has presets for various filaments, and for PETG the preset is 60C for 3 hours. Is this enough time? Can I modify these built-in presets?
