Ping increase on Oz servers?

Up until this morning all my ping has been around 12-14ms ... occasionally waiting for matchups in champs it goes to 16ms.

now today there's no matchup in rivals under 20ms ping. anyone else experiencing this in Australia?

in all my gaming, FC and their servers are the only ones who seems to be a day-to-day challenge in having good ping & packet loss etc.
