AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D vs Intel Core Ultra 9 285K

I am looking to buy a cpu motherboard bundle from Microcenter so that I can build a PC when the 5080 super comes out and I can either buy the AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D and MSI X870E-P Pro WiFi AM5 or the Intel Core Ultra 9 285K and Gigabyte Z890 Gaming X WiFi7 1851 bundle.

I heard generally the Intel CPU's are better for "productivity" and AMD is for gaming but I just want a little more clarity. I will definetly gam, but other than that I plan to stream, and do alot of video editing. (mostly using the free version of Davinci Resolve) Other than that I plan to use some adobe programs like Premiere, but nothing to the extent like Blender.
