What happened to curb appeal?

Hey realtors…what the hell happened to curb appeal? Why am I seeing so many damn listings with pictures of homes for sales with weeds in the front and backyards? Overgrown plantings.

Remember when realtors gave a checklist that needed to be DONE BEFORE THE LISTING WENT LIVE. Are you all scared you will lose a listing if you aren’t real with your clients?
