First of all if you are the driver in Jacksonville fl who delivered a Arby’s order that was refund. I want apologize if your tip was effected. I had order for my family and when I got my food Arby’s put the wrong sandwich in. I knew it was not my dasher and told customer service that I just wanted to fixed for the sandwich but they refunded my whole order. Here is my question for any kind dashers willing to answer with the Oder being refunded did my dasher lose his tip? I am really hopeful he or she did not. I will be devastated if the tip was taken away. Again if you are the dasher the issue I reported was with the store nothing you did.
