[TOMT] [SONG] [80s] Arpeggios into short drum fill then female voice holding a note

The song is either from the 80s or 80s inspired. It starts with synths playing arpeggios. If 1 was the lowest note, 2 higher and 3 was the highest note of the arpeggio, the notes go 1-2-3-1-2-3-1-3 (in eighth notes). There's 4 arpeggios in the phrase, then repeats. Then a short drum fill (in my mind it's 2 large hits of big sounding 80s gated snare, then a 4 on the floor beat with a female voice holding a high note, and then slightly descending with legato near the end (Ahhhhhhhhhh-ah-ah-ah-ahhhhhhhh). I think I saw it recently in a car or banking commercial where the camera dollies from the outside to a view of 2 people in a cafe/restaurant through a window.
