Visitor Visa - Family sponsored

Hi all,

I am about to apply for a family sponsored visa for my parents in laws to help us as my wife is not well. Two questions

• As a son-in-law would I be able to sponsor them by providing relationship documents.
• My father in law was diagnosed with TB in 2012 which he was treated with and since then no issues, would that cause issues with the visa if we declare.
