Title: Is this considered cheating?

Hi everyone, I just want to get some perspective on this.

Back in August, things started to get rocky between me and my girlfriend. Around that same time, she told me that she was planning to move on — but technically, we were still together. We were still intimate, still having sex, I’d visit her house and she’d visit mine, and I would even drive her to and from places.

Then in September, I confronted her and asked if she was talking to someone else. She admitted that she’d been talking to another guy for about a month already. I asked why she didn’t tell me sooner that she wanted to break up, and she said she was just waiting for the right timing.

I also asked if the guy knew about us, and she said no, that she was keeping it “lowkey.”

I’ll admit, I was naive back then — I still tried to pursue her and win her back despite everything. After about 3 weeks, we finally had closure and officially broke up. Her reason was that I lacked emotional intelligence and was too busy with work, which I can admit was partly true.

But now, it seems like she’s already in a new relationship with that same guy.
And I can’t help but wonder — since we were still together and still intimate while she was already getting to know someone else, is that considered cheating?
